Every journey begins with a genuine space for listening and connection.
It is a co-created partnership, designed to help you focus on what truly matters, with awareness, presence, and direction.
CHEMISTRY CALL (FREE)
An informal 30-minute meeting to get to know each other.
It helps assess whether there’s alignment, mutual trust, and potential to build an effective partnership.
The goal: to feel safe, open up, explore, and decide whether to begin.
Intake session
The first official session.
Together we define:
- Clear objectives
- Duration, frequency, and format
- The coaching agreement and mutual expectations
CYCLE OF SESSIONS
This is the core of the journey.
Through powerful questions, active listening, and tailored tools, we explore your topics, activate new perspectives, and work on concrete actions.
Change happens in the space between sessions, supported by reflections, small experiments, and daily practice.
